"Car doesn't start, I think its a sensor not allowing the engine to turn over." --OR IT COULD BE THAT IT WON'T START BECAUSE OF THE TREE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.

There was one near Detroit (another one) a few years ago:
A teal Berreta or Camaro that had just bounced off the concrete median barrier on I-94.
You could see that the car was originally white from the area behind the rear bumper which was ripped off and hanging by a couple screws.

What a stupid idea. "Yeah, let's put one of these on the car. We'll be the star attraction at the campground."
Like someone wants to load up a garbage bag full of human feces in their trunk when they get done camping.
The drawing is so out of dimension, the seat looks like it was designed for conjoined twins.

This seemed like something with potential. Then he ruined it with the last line,
"For pictures or more information email me, be sure to include a potential offer up front or I will not even entertain the idea of emailing you back."
How can you make an honest offer based on 1 picture?

By throwing that $30,000 figure up there, I'm betting he'd like to see around $15,000 offered.

"I am finally willing to actually get rid of." ***I don't like the sound of that.

Are we to assume it has the N/A 301, since he won't tell us one simple detail?
Looks kind of dorky with just one sport mirror on the driver's side.

At least he posted a picture, which is too much trouble for some of the dingbats on this board trying sell their overpriced crap.

Been toying with the idea of finding a project to work on at home now that I am getting close to retiring. Ran across this bird on a local craigslist.
http://bellingham.craigslist.org/cto/4342478974.html

Seeings how the car only needs $4 to 5 grand to make it show room what would be a starting offer

Well he says it should be worth more than 18-20k and only needs 4-5k to be showroom so The offer should be in the range of 13-16k based on his reasoning right????

That's an easy one. Give him $5K on top of the $6K and tell him to make you a show room car.

Damn ...that's a heck of a idea...why didn't I think of that
Only I might have to add another grand to the offer cause it be a "true" dual exhaust car

All kiddin' aside though...Not a bad looking project if it is actually mechanically the way he implies and the floors/trunk aren't rusted.
Never heard that claim that the '76 was the 'best' 400....didn't think a whole lotta people were cloning Formulas either...Still, nice project.

Got to admit the car does have potential, if it ain't a rust bucket
I have always like the looks of the 73 Formula nose.
Unless the bird is a transplant from a dryer climate then what we have out here, my guess is it has some rot issues
