Chris, yes it is! Sorry, I just happened to have 2 of them. Not so hard to hook up but I spent $100 on neon wire to do it. Thought is was the best place to put it, transformers are on top of the big shelf. Now when the car under it gets finished I will take the cover off.

Chris, the letters should be father apart but I had to squeeze them together to fit under it.
