Are window air coolers really going for a $1000? How did he get 13" wheels on that car? I thought 14" was the smallest you could go, not that I would consider going that small on that big of a car.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that car is at least 15 years too new to be running a window cooler. Those are always on '40's cars when I see them.
