The reason I asked dld about your broadcast sheet is my car was made 2 weeks after your car in the same plant but I do not have a job number of that sheet. Your format looks more like Keith's than mine. BAL might have changed things right at the 1st of the year.

The format of the sheets do vary slightly based on the area of the plant they are being used in, even within the same plant.

For example, a broadcast for the seat cushion room might look slightly different than the one for general interior assembly; the chassis line broadcast would convey slightly different information than the motor line broadcast, etc, because the information needed is different.

where did you find or get your sheet. Agree with Keith if its from motor side of plant it would have mechanicals. mine only has codes for Fisher body build info. ie console, cut outs. p/w equip, back/up , ect.

Under passenger seat. Mine has Moore Business Forms Inc printed on the side in a vertical format and in the top left corner has CHEV. 100 4/64. The sheet is titled passenger car broadcast copy.

That is a completely different form from mine. My form is close to 8" by 8" where your form is much smaller with less info on the car build.
