Default Insulate or No insulation?

I just finished a 24 X 40 pole barn. It is in the city limits in Central IN. THe zoning board made me put a shingle roof and vinyle siding on it. It does have a 6" concrete floor that has a vapor barrier down. I do not plan to heat this garage so my question is: Does it need to be insulated? I have heard that if you insulate a unheated space that it could cause condensation, which would be bad. What has work for you guys. I will add pictures this weekend. I will be bringing one of my Pontiacs home this weekend from my brothers pole barn in Northern IN.

BTW: Condensation happens when humidity is high whether it's insulated or not.

Humidity control by AC or dehumidification...
