Looks like the dealership name was Schwartz Pontiac-Oldsmobile in Nashville, Georgia as noted in the obituaries of a couple folks who worked there.

Owner Harry Schwartz in Nashville, GA.

Pic says circa late '50s. Note "F85 Tempest" in the window and the car down on the corner, looks like an early '60s to me. And the Mustang under the awning, has to be mid '64 or later.

I'd bet this pic was taken by the same photographer moments before or after the one posted earlier. You can see a corner of the same "Schwartz" sign on the building in the first pic too.
