A set of V heads and intake is worth in the neighborhood of $10K or more. A guy at Norwalk wanted 7-9K just for a set of heads.
To me if the engine has the heads and intake, that's good enough. To find a complete V motor is a tall order and bordering on impossible...but not impossible. The last complete V I saw sold for $25K, And I don't think it had the correct carb. |
