Actually, Greg, you said you'd guess that it was a custom paint job and not a Hurst. The guy's not trying to pull a fast one, he mentions nothing about it being a Hurst.

Question, Rich: Then WHY use the SAME colors as the Hurst GP IF he wasn't trying to deceive?

Two other ads are posted for this vehicle (Ebay and Hemmings). The Ebay ad specifically mentions "Hurst" (Hurst effect). IME, people who start "name dropping"(i.e., Hurst, Royal Pontiac, etc) are looking to profit of the ignorance of others.
