Fortunately my best friend is regional manager for large electric supply company. He was able to tap into the corporate database and dig out the details. Below is his email response. These fixtures were kind of pricey because I wanted the correct, somewhat vintage look and to get them I had to go with high end commercial fixtures. The bulbs are very key and I'm sure you can find something cheaper with the same lamp. The reflecter is also important and these have a kick butt reflector. Lastly, do a lighting layout using a calculator. They are available online if you don't have a buddy like I am lucky to have.

Part number is QS1P8FT254T5HOCG-ET5120NA with appropriate mounting hardware. Each 8’ fixture requires 4 - F54T5/850/HO-ALTO lamps.

You purchased these on 4-18-11 and they shipped about 6 weeks later. I would guess an up to date sell on this or a similar type fixture would be about $645.00 for one 8 foot fixture and 4 lamps. I didn’t check if they’re still available, but if not a similar looking fixture would be."

Well, it's like Christmas at Christmas time. The Brown Santa (UPS guy) showed up at the house today and he had so many boxes that he brought the dolly to the front door at which point my wife had him come right on in and leave the stack in the hallway. Four of the boxes were from SD Performance and I now have everything for the new motor, but the short block. SD sent the intake. cam, lifters, timing gear, valley pan, oil pump, windage tray, pushrods, distributor, balancer, gaskets.....In addition, Summit sent me the control arm bushings and bumpers. The ball joints and rivet head bolts should be here soon. The intake looks great. The difference between the CNC'd unit from SD and the original is pretty amazing.

We've got a big year end deal cooking at work, but I hope to make a lot of progress on blasting, painting and reassembly between now and the New Year. I don"t think the short block will make it, but there should be plenty to do.
