I don't think I've ever seen a 3 groove pulley?
Not something for our OHC's thats for sure.

Wasn't there a 66' OHC setup with PS and something else that had a three pulley system? Or maybe it was a harmonic balancer that had three grooves?

Even with all belt driven pumps/accessories all pulleys where duel groove.
