I can really see the value here. It's the custom dash work that really pulls in the bucks on this one. It's worth every penny!

By changing the original 230 six for a long block 250, he eliminated the Chevy component...... Whatever that means.

Also, the title description says it has green paint. Maybe we need updated photos?

I'd call it green myself...Not just plain green but yeah, a type of green. He mentions Sears and as I recall, it's the same color that the Sears service trucks were back in the '70s and '80s.
Other than that, I'd also call it a $2500 van (if he's lucky and finds someone that just has to have it).

Family friends with homes in Sandpoint/Coeur d'Alene/Ponderay areas had a familial 2-tone Burgundy & White '53 Chebby 4-door called "Huckleberry" that was a fun vehicle to transport 4 to 6 adults and kids on various trips and actually picking Huckleberry's for some home made pie. That Chebby was a yr round native Idaho car and had various panel rust issues (bubbling) under the paint...so, wondering about this CL Poncho if same condition?

No matter, cool car as a 2-door...and I can't remember seeing that swatch of door chrome before, wonder what model that is?

All I know is I wouldn't pay $4k for it. There's a LOT of money that needs to be spent on that to make it "right".
