Bruce went to NMCA races but not with a good real race engine, stock block homebuilt stuff. When he had BES build a real race engine, he raced in NSCA. Neal tried to get NMCA to allow the Super Chiefs but they wouldn't allow them but B1 and W8 Mopar heads were OK.

I was there when the NMCA split up and NSCA was formed, I raced both in nss.
Neal was the fastest and he never bragged.

My exwife just sent me this contingency check from Atlanta 1998.
