In the last Replies near the bottom of the page and dated Feb 18,2015..... One says it's a scam. And another says the VIN is not on the list of known convertible Hemi 'Cudas.

The numbers don't add up on that one. If he really had all the parts and a similar one sold at auction for $3,500,000, why would he sell it for "only" $1 million? Nobody leaves that kind of money on the table.

A scam aimed at those with excitement that overpowers their brains.
