robertf, Your friend Sean's '71 is amazing. Was it an M-22 car? A/C? It would be nice to know where and who has the car now and if an original RA car.

Brew & NJ, From what I understand, the 14" Honeycombs always had the trim rings available since introduction in 1971 and the 15" not until the '73 model year, or very late '72.

So far, I count maybe 3 real RA formulas we know about of the 109 produced (1 Lucy Blue, 1 cardinal red, and 1 Quezal gold, now red). There has to be more out there.

So the '71 RA 455HO count so far is (7 total):

1 Starlight Black
1 Quezal Gold (red now)
1 Cardinal Red (? not confirmed)
1 Nordic Silver
3 Blue (all Lucy?)

Any others you know of that exist today?

My pal Sean's red Formy was a factory RA car. I recall it was an auto trans and may have had A/C. He bought the 71 around 2005 and then picked up a gorgeous 74 TA about a year later. Have no clue where they went when he passed. Sean would have appreciated your comment. He was very proud of those cars.
