You forget I've already run a seven (converted 1/8 mile time) with just barely over 11 lbs of boost, Ive also run 168 at only 9.5 lbs of boost. Im coming out starting at 15 and going up.......you do the math, sweet heart! I tried it at Norwalk and my valve spring wouldn't allow it, although I did run a 8.30 on 6 cyl. (hoping and banging down the 1/4 mile) and coasting the last 320'! Why would you think at 15 or more lbs of boost it wouldn't run deep (.60-80's) into the 7's?
Yea...........I know I have a clue! LOL!

PS Brians car should kick ass..........just saying!

NO. You do not have a clue. You wouldnt get it with a drawn out explination complete with diagrams. Carry on.

I see you are preparing the excuses.

You'll likely need them.....

Sorry George but your info is wrong again. The Butler's/Travis run far above 30 psi of boost.
Think closer to 50+ psi of boost.

So Brian is not in the Butler's arena, Brian is more in the "4 cylinder Charlie" 30+ psi of boost range.

You need to actually do a bit of research george once in a while vs shoot from the hip constantly and post miss-information.

just saying.

Tom Vaught

(Agree Mike, Preparing the excuses). That being said, George is a GOOD driver and with a bit of luck he might not break something else on his car like last time. He might go into the 7s. I am pulling for him to do it.

Wait what???? Your claiming to have run in the 7's based upon a converted 1/8 mile time???? It doesn't work like that. That's one of the funniest things ever posted on this web site.

No I'm claiming that day at Milan if I would have been able to run 1/4 mile instead of the 1/8 that I was forced to run there's NO DOUBT in my mind that it would have run high 7.90's but you are correct I didn't run a 1/4 miles so it didn't run a seven.
SERIOUSLY that post is a month old........you must be BORED! LOL!

George is one of a kind for sure. Bragging about running 7s with a converted time in 2015 when 200+ Mustangs (also boosted) with much smaller engines, 3000 pounds actual measured weight, and smaller tires were running TRUE 7s in 1998. They could "bracket race" too and run the number. George is just 17 years behind the times, John.
