Fellas -
Ditched the factory wheel on my 68 and installing a 69/70 woodgrain wheel. The guy who has my car is asking the following question: "I have a new spring and plunger for the horn, but I don't have a plastic collar that some cars use on the spring/plunger assembly. Should it have one? If so, where can I get one?" He has my assembly manual, but said he can't see whether it needs a collar or not. Can someone help me out here? Thanks, Scott

The Parts Place, Ames and PY has all the stuff you need for the wheels...
I did drawing showing the parts needed for the wood wheel install on Parts Place website: https://www.thepartsplaceinc.com/dat...structions.pdf James
