That's a good inspection report!
Few questions... How can you see starter numbers without removing it? Trans has matching vin too? Rear usually has date too? Like to check date on block, engine code, and look at other things just in case it's been tampered. Sounds like it checked out good, and you're looking for a concourse? What are you interested in mostly?
