Correct, Sir! Norwood used the bracket that was on my Gramma's 1975 Firebird to make the version he sells. Turns out they used that bracket not only on the 1972 and 73 polyethylene valances, but with the 1974-75 valances as well.

Was that pulley on the black car??? Remember that the fixed position 80 amp alternator setup uses different pulleys than the regular adjustable position alternator.

Here's a shot of Gramma's engine which uses the same 80 amp setup and dual pulley.

Bob, both of my 72 455HO a/c cars have the same 485397 YN as yours, and I believe they are correct. As Steve mentioned, the black car has the 80A alt with the idler pulley. I don't know if they used the same water pump pulley. I would think they would be the same. Maybe someone can look it up in an assembly manual or GM parts list to verify?

My non a/c 72 T/A has the much bigger 481039 XF pulley.
