11" of snow on the ground in Lake County IL north of Chicago.
Zero snow downtown Chicago. Just a little in Rosemont. Looks like North and West of Chicago are the only problem areas.

Not sure where you read a dusting in Rosemont? Bad at 10am and worse at around 2 pm on balmoral so much ice and snow cars couldn't make it up hill. 294 south was unplowed and blizzard condition with multiple spin outs. Hard to believe the tollway was in business of road maintence...
