Yes, that is a beautiful car. The bars between the GTO letters on the fender emblem should have been painted body color. Car is also missing the trunklid stainless trim, although this is a late production '69 so it may have been delivered without it...

Just put it in storage last week bought it in Syracuse 1978

Options include formula steering wheel with tilt , door edge guards, Hood tachometer and gauges, RAIV ,390 gears, Power trunk with light , Vanity mirrors , Wheel opening moldings , Remote mirror ,Power steering and power brakes
