Looks like the photo should be rotated counter clockwise, I guess it is a pile of parts/junk with a set of exhaust manifolds on top.

Umm. Those are RAIII manifolds from a goat or a bird and a little blasting would make them look pretty good.

Someone looking for original parts would pay handsomely.
