I also question how nice it is since the car has no back window for who knows how long, plus it's full of junk. The interiors on the 70's cars wasn't the greatest for longevity in the plastic, exposing it to the elements and making the car "some knucklehead's grease-wagon" doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Nevermind the grainy photos taken who knows when.
As I've said elsewhere, one of these cars with all the bells and whistles is worth about $1500-2000 in parts minus the engine, and a car as beat up as this one is doesn't get to qualify for much more unless someone is just dying to have it and keep it forever.
