The bridge is covered in a vinyl sign (almost like a wrap). They are starting to do some work, in terms of placing historical markers/signage and hiring security.

They still have a long, long (long) ways to go to make it look like anything.

My guess would be Auto Show.

The ceiling tiles and general arrangement (including the escalators in the background) look like Cobo Hall to me.
