Default Q-2

Lindy Lindholm just moved to the top of the Pontiac Stock heap, with a run which was over a second under his index !

Not much change on the Q-2 SS list. Brad Burton is next highest, behind Leo.

Check it out. 5 of the top 16 Stock qualifiers are Pontiac powered ! That beats the Chevy powered cars !!!

Ha, that's just fantastic!! What, no BUICK's? and they are still in business. I couldn't resist. Go Pontiac, put those bow ties on the trailer.

Well, 4 Pontiac Stockers survived round 1 of elims--Tommy Brown, Brad Burton, Leo Glasbrenner, & Lindy Lindholm.

http://www.dragracecentral.com/DRCSt...er=30#indextop

They're supposed to run 2 rounds of Stock & SS by noon, their time.

3 Pontiac Super Stockers survived round 1--Keri Angeles, Leo Glasbrenner, & Art Peterson.

Tommy Brown & Brad Burton are still alive after round 2, of Stock.

http://www.dragracecentral.com/DRCSt...er=30#indextop

After 2 rounds of SS, there are no Pontiac Super Stockers still in the hunt.

So, that leaves the 2 Stockers to represent Pontiac Power, at Pomona, on Saturday. Good luck to the Pontiac guys !

Well, Tommy broke out, in round 4. So, all the Pontiacs have bowed out, at Pomona.

But, there's a lot of racing ahead, this year. So, we'll have some Pontiac winner's before the year is over.
