The guy says "The quarter panels are in excellent shape Will just need small patch panels."

I have trouble trusting a guy that has uses "excellent" so freely. He then says the car is "overall very nice shape." Maybe he mistakenly posted pictures of that rust bucket with no interior or drivetrain?
