OMG!
I just saw this at this moment. I've been away. So so sorry to hear this. Eric was one of the top good guys on the forums. So sad that this happened. RIP Eric. You did good and you were a huge plus for the Pontiac community. You will be missed by all. My condolences to his family.

I just heard about Eric early this evening from a very good friend. This is a very, very sad day in not only the Pontiac community, but the old car hobby in general.
Eric was one of the most active, well liked, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Pontiac and general car person I have had the pleasure of knowing. Also one Great illustrator. He will be greatly missed. Prayers go out to his family!! R.I.P. Eric Jim Early Jr Last edited by gtojim73; 03-19-2016 at 09:52 PM. |

I never met Eric in person, but I had some very nice phone conversations with him talking about the details of the early GTO's.
Everytime I hung up the phone I would think....he is one heck of a nice gentleman. He left an empression on me for his ear and his knowledge! His awesome "Illustrated Identification Guide" book is the best GTO publication out there! Huge Loss. Chris. |
