Thanks guys. My wife definitely knows I am "whacked", but she is such a good woman. I married well and am very lucky.
I am going to do a specific post most likely, but can anyone tell me what type of finish should be on the idle solenoid bracket? Was it bare steel, black, or zinc phos/silver cad? Appreciate any help on this. Looking to forward to getting the engine painted and everything "dry fit" and mocked up. I did that on the Gold Car and it was much easier to remember how everything goes together while on an engine stand. |

I am no expert on any of this but I will say when I took my original off on the underside which wasn't exposed to all the elements/atmosphere, I noticed a gold hint to it. Just like my throttle bracket cable. FWIW.
