Well, while the guys were doing good in NHRA races this past weekend, J.B. Clegg had a good weekend at the IHRA race, in Texas.

They had a double header. J.B. got RU at the 1st race & made it to the semi-finals, in the second race, with his '74 SD455 SS Bird(the old H-O car). His dad, John Clegg, won the last race. But, I don't think John is running Pontiac power in his 3rd gen. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Anyhow, congrats to the Clegg's for a great weekend of racing.

I assume the '74 in the background of the 1st pic, is the Stocker, driven by Hunter Pierdolla.

Default 2 Div Races

This weekend there is a div 4 race at No Problem Raceway, in Belle Rose, LA.

The only Pontiac powered cars I know of, that might be there, are J.B. Clegg's '74 Bird Super Stocker, and Hunter Pierdolla's '74 Bird Stocker.

There's also a div 7 race, in Vegas. I assume that most of the Pontiacs that were there last weekend, will be entered this week.

Hoping for another big Pontiac week. Good luck ya'll.

Default Vegas Q-1

I think I can count 8 Pontiac powered Stockers, in the 1st round of qualifying, at Vegas.

Default Belle Rose Q-1

Looks like the '74 Birds driven by Hunter Pierdolla & J.B. Clegg, are indeed the only Pontiac powered cars entered, at the div 4 race. Hunter turned an .870 under 11.28, and J.B. turned a .732 under 9.81.

Unhappy More Vegas Rain

They're supposed to run the 1st round of Stock & SS today. But, there is another rain delay. May have to run the whole show tomorrow.

Looks like all 4 Super Stock Pontiacs are back, from last weeks Vegas race. Don Kennedy is qualified #5.

Default 9.75

Wow ! J.B. Clegg got his '74 SD455 Bird down to a 9.75. I assume it is the quickest non-GT, Pontiac powered Super Stock car.
