I'm basing my statement from meteorological facts. What was the air temp? That will dictate the maximum water vapor content. And no, rain is not water vapor, so it does not affect density altitude. Rain is liquid, it is not suspended in the air.

Water grains affect me at the track huge! I look at that as much or more than anything else.

LOL again. You're killing me here. Obviously falling rain is not suspended or it would not be falling. I don't really care about meteorological facts or summations. I'm pretty sure it would be atmospheric facts but i digress. I have my very own psychrometric chart and know how to use it quite well. I also have zero interest in debating what it might have made or should have made or might make somewhere else.

I handle moisture issues and solve problems relating to moisture for a living. I also regularly explain these conditions to engineers and environmental people. So please just let it go. If you THINK the dyno corrects for these conditions AND that the correction is a true and accurate representation then good for you i guess.

I know better. I've seen the same engine hooked to the dyno make 25 hp less on consecutive days due to weather. And it was not raining. Just humid.
