65 for sure- better hood, better headlight (stacked), better tail lights and tail panel, better interior (upholstery) design, better gauges (rally), better wheels (rally), and more. Only thing I like better about '64 is the wood wheel.

Not a GTO but here's mine, I vote '65 although I have and love both...its the rear end that does it!
