2016 Hellcat Charger with drag radials has done 10.7 in the 1/4 by some trade rags, with a few upgrades, it would be in the 9s. BUT, you toss a blower on a Pontiac, where do you think you would be? Or even just build an IA2 for the $40k+ you would save?

I am leaning towards Turbo.
Charge air temps can be an issue Using a Blower roots style.
Only mechanical part moving in the Turbo is the Exhaust Turbine & Cold side compressor turbine.
