I don't know where the $12K comes from, I don't see that value in this car. The front fender trim doesn't line up with the door trim so that leads me to believe there was some shady body work. The decklid doesn't line up either. Looks like the valve cover has been leaking for years and the amount of oil everywhere makes me think the mechanical was neglected for years. Looks like the grease fittings haven't seen a grease gun either. I think once you start digging into this car you will find more problems.

It does have some nice options for a 4 cylinder car but I am at $8K max, especially in that color.
