Gas tanks never came in a box. I handled a few back in the day.
Ooops I said never 478116 My parts book says 69-70 A & G except S.W. or E.E.S. 21 1/2 gal. w/filler pipe

I was mistaken, there's only one vent nipple & it's 5/16" or 3/8" on the pass side. I guess it wouldn't take much to add additional vent nipples.
