Most of these cars are out of UV... That kills tires. Give me a call.. 816-654-3400.
The Pure Stock Races are next weekend the 16th and 17th. Stanton, MI. Great time for everyone. All Performance tire will increase $10/tire on 11/1. Thank you for your interest. Rusty

Just curious...
I bought my '77 TA in '82 and found out later after I flipped it that the tires on it were Goodyear with what they called a "Flexten Cord"...and the guy I sold the three good tires to said they were an experimental design and he couldn't find one anywhere. A dealer hooked him up with a tire with matching lettering but it was not the Flexten tire...and was $136...a lot for a tire in 1982. Just curious if anyone has any insight on this tire. They sure did stick!

The flexten cord was actually made out of Armid fibers... Does that sound familiar?? Try Kevlar!! The tires were introduced in 1978 for the Corvette Pace Car... That size tire for the Pace Car-- 255/60/15 is being reproduced.
