I've used [email protected] numerous times with only 1 recent issue. I've shipped from as far away as Merritt Island Florida & St. Marie's Idaho with excellent results and at half or less of what Reliable will charge.
The only issue I have had is a recent delivery from Oklahoma where my Formula got bumped and some paint lifted off of the front bumper cover. Roy put me directly in touch with the truck owner and monitored it through the whole process. I got three quotes for repairs/repaint, emailed them to him and he paid the HIGHEST one overnight with a check. Couldn't ask for better than that! E-mail Roy and tell him Chris in CT told you to contact him - he'll give you the best price.
