that taillight should not be too hard to find but it is wagon only would be the same for 70-72' also the fuel tank in these cars is in the drivers side quarter panel there is a bracket welded to the inner panel and the gas tank strap attatches to it. I would rcomend pulling the tank to make sure everything is solid I have made a bracket in the past that bolts to the frame rail and gives some additional support
