Gotta go with the '66, owned mine since 1984.
Why do you think everyone loves the Monkeemobile !?! ; '67 grills wouldn't looked good in that front end.

Painted in 1998 and called Red Pearl Metaflake. Is actually in paint shop now with color this time called Fiesta red. Now has a 4" cowl induction hood, putting original one in corner of garage for now.

Fiesta red is a fender Stratocaster guitar colour, made famous by hank marvin the guitarist from the shadows.....pic attached of my 100% factory original 1962 fiesta red fender Stratocaster

WHOA.. now if that was a '67 Strat. Love that. I have a 73 Oly white.

I like the 67 Trim and tailights.. Like Pontiac saw what hotrodders were doing with the smoothed and shaved bodywork and did it themselves.

Here is yesterdays picture after color sanding and polish. Finish polish in a week and all the new chrome trim and new front bumper put on and should be looking good...

Nothing would look good in that front end. Never been a fan of the Monkeemobile....

I love them both, but my favorite would be a '67 front end with a '66 rear end if that combo had existed from the factory.
