The funny part of the whole incident was that I was ahead of him when it happened but started slowing down for no reason and when he pulled up along side of me he pointed behind us - it was at that point I saw the smoke & felt the vibration.
Next door neighbor had the 400 YS out of his 69 GTO still in his garage, when school got out that spring & I got home, we fixed it.
