any idea where the wire runs from the tank to the gauge ? I think my wire may have been damaged when the rear brakes were being worked on and i'm not seeing where the wire goes from the tank to the dash

Fuel gauge sending wire is part of the trunk harness, rubber grommet through the trunk floor behind the license plate/fuel filler tube and on top of the gas tank. Nowhere near the brakes.
