I took it that he does't mind the windows on the 68, but doesn't care for how they look on the 68 ragtops with the top down. prefers the look of the 69's with the top dropped?

Yes, I like the 68's, but when the top is down on a convertible, the wing windows with the windshield looks a little funky to me and the 69 convert with the top down is styled better without the wing windows.
