I'll sandblast them as there won't be much blue left on this car once I'm done

Thanks to KrisR I now have a valley pan gasket. I won't put it on yet as I think I'll whip the heads off and relieve them so I can reuse my 1.65 rockers and pushrods. I'll mock them up to check first, but pulling the heads should be ok as the engine hasn't had a heat cycle since I've fitted them so they should come off fine. It will let me set the #1 cylinder to TDC too.
