^^^ This George very simple, no b.s involved, no chit stirring. I love all the Pontiacs. How could I tell who has a tube chassis anyway. The weight tells the story. N/A most impressive to me. |

.......yes but that’
May not be all the facts.....! What if one car with the same 7.70ish ET runs the ET in 60 degree weather and the other does the same ET in 90 degree weather, which one is making more HP? You see what I mean! Weight isn’t everything, it’s just part of the equation. GTO George |

I just stated weight because we all know when your chasing an et, your not going out on a 90 degree day to run your best.
If 2 guys are running 7.70's one guy 2800lbs the other 3600lbs you know who had to put more work in. That would only be a piece of it though. If you notice from Billy's chart, it states if the car is NA, nitrous, or turbo... Did some guys take the short bus to school with helmets on??? |

SIKGOAT ( Billy Carpenters car) 7.22 @ 193 3600lbs, door car. There are cars on the list with power adders 1000lbs lighter.
So who's car is more impressive?? Trust me I have no dog in this fight, but I know Sikgoat is making a lot more h.p. than a 1800 lbs dragster. They are all cool. A N/A door car running 7's is wicked bad azzz. |

George,IF he dropped his motor and trans/converter in my car he would be more or less 1000lbs lighter. 4 bars more and my car would be 6.0 legal. ....I'd gladly take one for the team..and sit out a year S/ST racing to let Billy go deeeep in the 6's.....When it gets down to it those ECM guys are pretty good guys...sure they talk hella shhhhiiiiiituff but they without a doubt respect all our Pontiacs in 1 way or another...
