Eunice doesn't change much I'd imagine. I've only been here ten years but I like living here. I'm from Lafayette originally. I lived in Opelousas from '94-'96 while going to T.H. Harris for Electronics and would never go back......It's in worse shape than it's ever been.
How often do people ask you if you are related to Paul?

I've only been to Eunice a couple times but been to Lawtell plenty.
I miss the food for sure and yes I am related to Chef Paul Prudhomme, he was my uncle.

Don't come here that much anymore and did not know about this 455 Sauce till now. I wish Barbacuban all the luck in the world. The only thing that freaks me out is not being able to eat cajun food when I want.
