Joe,
Like a glove! I could not believe how great this product was...And the guys at Belden Speed & Engineering are great to work with....
The photos here are after the welding was complete, the grinding of the welds done and now ready for primer...

Default Forward Progress to Paint!

As of noon today, the '71 Lemans Sport is now ready for primer and color edging. Have I said I'm stoked? 5 months of watching, asking questions, cutting apart, fitting parts x 9, welding, grinding, sanding, filling, block sanding to get Blu BiYu where she is today!... Yep...STOKED!!...

Seam Seal on the trunk, floor boards and around the welds in the back seat area.
I am planning on completing the trunk area with Duplicor TSP102 Spatter Paint.
The interior floor pans will have U-POL Raptor Black Truck Bed Liner..

Default Interior Time

Did I mention "interior"? Let the shopping begin! Will be completely removing the dash to "see what's under there".
I have been stating that I want white and not parchment...Pearl White would look so awesome against the "Blu" with the red accents on the car...

Yesterday I spent some time installing the tail "Pypes", tips, and some of the old interior along with her AR Torque Thrust D wheels...
She is going to a car show on Friday with her sister, "Babe Blu"...
I had forgotten just how nice she sounds with the "Pypes" 2 1/2" Race Pro Exhaust...

Here are a few shots of what I got done yesterday. Installed a chin spoiler on the valance, finished painting the grill emblem, laid out the new headliner, ran the stereo wires & the console lighting wires (That I forgot to run before I had the carpet and console installed)...
THEN, I had some "Admiration Time"....One never wants to forget THAT!
