the only difference I can discern is that the 67 manifolds are 3 bolt flanges on both sides vs. 3-2 on the 68-72. Text I've read on it says there's a change in the "runner design" between them but I can't see what's different. I have 67 manifolds on my 69 without a problem so I can't see why going the other way would be an issue.
