Have you got enough room to "clock" the Chebby _16 adapter 20 degrees and re drill and tap the motor plate to accept the fasteners (assume the mounting hole spacing is different?)

If the front plate was off, that might have worked, I'd need to check though.

Jon Gunter (Bayside Billet in Pasadena MD 410-437-9749), reached out last week to see if he could help and cranked these out for the RAVEN in under a week. Great guys to do business with.

I dont know about the rest of you, but Im the sole member of Pontiac awesomeness in my circle of car guys, so when I get to be with others who feel the same about these things as I do, I'm humbly reminded of how cool this hobby really is, and why I continue to stay in the game. Thanks guys.

If the chance arises to see The Raven in person, you have to make the effort to check it out. This is a serious, top notch build. No expense was spared, and it shows. Custom everything, and IMO is far too gorgeous to actually take to the track. Make no mistake about it though, this car is built to go and when it does, it will represent years of patience and sacrifice on behalf of Ed and his family and make even those of us that had nothing to do with it, proud that hes a member of this group. Its an awesome accomplishment to someone who deserves it. Great, down to Earth, hardcore Pontiac people.

When the Laptop is talking to all the Relays and Sensors means we're almost ready to fire this 2500 horsepower PONTIAC Engine.

Hey Stan,

We're close, had a few leaks to take care of, defective starter, and a timing light that wasn't behaving. Where this is my first time with EFI, there is a bit of a learning curve too. I have to look into a couple of things for the next go. After talking with Jeff Williams on the ride home, it may be something as simple as the throttle blade was closed. I also need to figure out how to look at the cam and crank sync data log. I believe the crank sync is fine as we're seeing RPM while cranking, need to check that we're also getting a cam signal.

Overall a good day though.

Jon Gunter and Luhn Performance came through and delivered on the parts I needed to get even this far today.

Make some kind of heat sheild/reflector between the exhaust and water hose. Your hose will last longer.

Looking good. Hope to see this at Norwalk.

I hear ya Jim, but the day job takes me out of country on occasion. I'll be back on it Saturday morning.

Id like to head south and watch your car. Im sure its going to take some time dialing in the chassis and engine tune to get the full potential out
of that thing and turning in good 60's.and ET's. I dont believe theres too many that have built a car and engine from scratch and go right out and set the track on fire.

Thanks Mark,

3K maybe a bit more than these 2 turbo's can handle. I think Turbonetics de-rated them.

Hi Scott,

We'll be at the shop all day tomorrow, trying to light it up. Come on by, how at north are you?
