Yeah they could definitely be oil change sticker. Just trying to make note of these little details as I’ll only get one chance. The emission sticker doesn’t show up the best in the picture but in person it’s quite visible. Appears to be about 3”x6”.

I was searching the UltimateGTO website as was mentioned and came across this nice white 68 with pin stripes!

Those stripes are wrong though, they look too far apart. For reference here is a pic of a 69 Judge in white on red (just to get an idea of white on red)and another car with more correct looking stripes than the 68 in your pic (but in sort of an opposite color scheme of black)
