Thanks Jack. It was a hot one for sure and no east coast air today. DA got to 3200 feet and water grains were 110. Didn't run as fast as I hoped but raced for the win and that's what counts. It always a pleasure to race John Snyder especially in the finals. Great race and it is always good to out other brands on the trailer.

Congratulations, freaking Pontiac power baby.
On a far, far smaller note I won Pro today at Samoa and David Beady lost in the Super Pro finals. The winners in all the classes were to run off for a Wally, King of the Track day.
Two 69 GTOs.
His car is a work of art, surprised more don't know about it. C Red 69 Judge, tube frame, 4 link all that. 535 with Super Chiefs. He does that high end bracket race stuff like Verdi does. He took 4th place the day Verdi won and won 40,000$. 2,000$ enter and 500$ buyback if you go out in 1st round.
I took some pics of it and will put some up. He has a dash, fiberglass that he made from the mold of a stock one. You can not tell its fiberglass by looking at it. Awesome car.

I gave my nephew Johnathon my camera and had him take a few pics of his car while I was racing. Dave always looks for him when he shows up. I have this 69 GTO that he has always helped me with. I taught him how to work on cars, help me pull the tranny ect, took a lot a patience. He just loves my car, hugs it.
But its kind of a heap, that is changing. Dave gave him rides in his bad ride around the pits when he was little.
Anyway, here a few pics of Davids car. And trust me they do not do it justice, its that nice. Just well done, lot of thought and attention to detail.
Dave said they built it to "hook on snot" and it does. Never spins, real chassis guy built it. The kid did not get a good pic of the dash but if you look close you can tell its based on a stock one. Hard to tell the difference. The dash is one of the coolest things about 69 GTOs.

I used to race with Dave at Sacramento. He has a bad ass Judge, no doubt.
