WTB Clean Cheap '77 GP
Considering a '77 GP for a low budget street/strip build.
Solid top only. No Vinyl. Clean but tired driver would be nice. Would prefer roll-up windows, if any came that way. $5k max Anybody know of something like this. |

A challenge to meet all of those conditions, but here are some worth consideration:

Thanks for the links !
Something like that 1st white one might work. But it's 850 miles from me. The last one also looks good & has RU windows. The 301 is a negative. My 455 will be easier to swap into a car which has a 350 or 400 in it. I've read that some of the 301 brackets are different. Anyhow, that particular car is out of my price range. The $1500 car is a bit too ruff for me. I have almost no resto skills. |

Went yesterday to look at a '76 Ventura. Might have bought it, BUT, it came with a vinyl roof, which had caused lots of rust. So, there was lots of exposed Bondo on top. Also had a 7.5 rear, which would have to be replaced. |

Might be interested in this one if it was a bit closer. Can't tell for sure, from the pics--does it have RU windows & no vinyl roof? What engine ? Still on the street ? Rust ?
