Would hate to see you jump ship. Was looking forward to hearing how your NA CV-1 build turns out (being honest, no sarcasm).

I appreciate it brother. I've not thrown in the towel yet but this place makes it a struggle. And when that happens why would you not go to where the cool people are that try to help you?

I'm gonna take a swing at an NA deal and we'll see what it does but it will be a bit. NA with hopefully a car weight that doesn't look stooped, but it's a heavy bassturd. (I appreciate the no sarcasm, I've been in a ****ty place lately. If I can help I'm happy to take a call, no bs. And I meant the call comment, I'm happy to talk to you when you have time.)

A heavy n/a car on the street is going to be tough to win with. Unless it's a "heavy n/a car" wink-wink

Regardless, I hope you stay Pontiac. I know this has become more than just internet banter but at the heart of it, it is still a great community.

Good luck in whatever you decide.

I hate to break this to you, but there are Aholes everywhere. Every brand, and if you go Chevy (since it is so popular) that gene pool gets very large. Good luck.

ps. You get more street races with a Pontiac because no one thinks they can run.

You're right, but why does it have to be that way?

Oh yeah, I forgot, people get to sit behind a keyboard or on a phone and say things that would get their asses slapped down if they said to the right person's face.

Really??? You were laughing.

I can't think of anyone I don't like enough to laugh if they were to burn up an engine. In fact, I can't think of anyone, even rivals, even you, or people I am sure I don't want to be associated with that I wouldn't help push back to the trailer and genuinely say how sorry I was that they had broken. To me this just shows your true character and how deep that jealousy is.

It also shows more ignorance. I did burn an exhaust valve once in one of my early sets of CV-1 heads running in Tucson where I was worried about the altitude and dry air (low water grains) and had the timing backed down too low trying to sneak up on it. I know you know, because the next day you were on Yellow Bullet asking how you burn an exhaust valve on nitrous. I just SMH! That's the only cylinder failure I ever experienced with a CV-1.

I burned a piston with a set of Tiger heads. I never said anything negative about the product. Why? Frank is a good dude, I am proud of them for building products and I can't say that I didn't have something off?? So, they took care of me and I didn't trash them, I praised them and still do. Guys like that have saved the Pontiac from extinction and they deserve credit. And so does Roland and Bill.

Just let it go!

Actually, I did not laugh I was responding to Bills arrogant post.
I’m not happy when anyone hurts there motor or any part.

A person text me and told me you are an okay guy, which is what I gathered at Norwalk when we met briefly.
Sorry to say when Bill starts up and dragged your name into it then started saying I burned my E headed motor up which was a lie.
I didn’t like it.
Sad to say Bills attitude is a detriment to the CV1 cause. And a few others that don’t post anymore.
Have fun and race hard, good luck with your Pontiac motor in your T/A.

Bill is a really good guy, loyal and always ready to help with advice and hard work. If you are his friend, he really is your friend, but he does not tolerate lies about him, his friends or colleagues.

It's pretty obvious here who is a liar, visious, cruel and just plain evil person. Most of us don't care if someone is different in person than on line. The only way many of us will ever meet is through forums such as these.

How one treats people on line is how one treats others when no one is looking or behind their back. Character matters.

I'm not Bill's customer yet, but I know I will be treated right when I am.

I would NEVER want to be the customer of the evil rotten person who started this.

Stuart

Go reread what you posted. You dragged your boy into this.
I just stated a fact in another thread that he put a 481x in his car.

Let me know where I lied?

.... i seem to remember in your RR thread something else you were trying to post as fact also right ?? ....

.... something about CV-1's causing RR to jump ship right ?? .... but now you'll just focus on the 481X part and try to pretend the other part didn't happen i'm guessing right ?? ...

.... and me mentioning Robin is not me dragging him into your nonsense Jack, you do that part all on your own, i do not simply make up things about Robin and call them facts ...

... easy ... you said you were laughing about Robin burning up stuff, then said you weren't and you also said Robin jumped ship and he didn't ...

... but there is plenty before that, ummm like you claiming Robin's burned up every set of CV-1's he's owned ?? ... but yet somehow Robin just sold his complete running CV-1 engine with Calvin's heads on it ??? How's that possible ?? ...

... i mean he supposedly burned those up too right ?? ... or is this the part where you start back pedaling that you've never claimed anything about Robin burning up his heads ?? ...

Thanks man. It might be a "heavy" na car, you just never know. What I will say is I'm giving it as much opportunity as I can afford NA.
